Shipping & Handling
A Handling Fee is applied to all Transatlantic Council Program Supply Center orders, except those at onsite events and at camps. The Handling Fee is a service charge and is in addition to the shipping charges.
Shipping charges have been calculated in accordance with USPS and BPost (Belgian National Post Office) rates. Orders from the Transatlantic Program Supply Center are shipped via USPS to US based addresses (including APO, DPO, FPO, and PR addresses). To all non-US addresses, orders are shipped via BPost.
Charges are automatically added to your basket when you are ready to order, in accordance with your shipping destination and cart total, as indicated by the fee chart below.
Shipping Policy
For orders shipped to the domestic USA, DPO, or international addresses, tracking and insurance is included for all orders above $25.
For orders shipped to APO and FPO, tracking services have recently become available! Tracking numbers will be provided upon request.
If your shipment is missing or damaged, please reach out to us at TAC-ProgramSupplyCenter-802@scouting.org and we will try to help you come to a resolution. Ultimately however, the Transatlantic Council is not responsible for items after we have handed them off to postal services.
How We Process
Supply Center Staff is limited. The lead time for shipping on all orders is one week from the date of confirmation.
In order to ensure the highest level of accuracy and to expedite the processing of your order, no phone orders will be accepted.
