  • Why are there different sites for shopping?

Council-specific items, Order of the Arrow Black Eagle Lodge items, and official BSA items are all housed in different departments, both physically and financially. In order to ensure accurate fulfillment and record-keeping of your orders, it is necessary to house the items on the different online platforms.

  • I want to order BSA items, but it’s asking for a password

It is important that we respect the BSA’s policy on the sale of restricted items like badges of rank, merit badges, belt loops, etc. Therefore, we make those available on a Members Only, password protected site. This password has been provided to Unit Leaders, Unit Committee Chairs, and Non-Unit Registrants (except Merit Badge Counselors). Please reach out to your unit leadership in order to access this members-only e-commerce site.   • How can I pay with my Unit Deposit Account?

Trusted Persons are able to make purchases with their Unit Deposit Account. Make sure that you are logged in to your account and that the Unit you wish to charge is highlighted with a green check mark. (Don’t see your Unit?)

When you go to check out, you will see options to pay by credit card or to pay by UDA (the BSA logo is for your UDA). Select the UDA option and click Authorize Payment to finalize your purchase.

  • I’ve logged in, but I don’t see my Unit

Only users who are designated Trusted Persons for a Unit will be able to see and make purchases with the Unit Deposit Account. If you think that you should have this permission but still can’t see your Unit, then confirm with your Committee Chair that you have been authorized. Make sure that the email that you are logging in with is the same address that the Committee Chair used to authorize you. Still having problems? Contact us for further help.

  • Our Court of Honor is in just a few days. Is it possible to get my order express?

Unfortunately, our staff and resources are severely limited and we are not able to accommodate express orders at this time. Please take this into account and place your orders plenty of time in advance of when you need the items. As Scouts and Scouters, we should Be Prepared!

  • Do you ship to the Middle East?

Yes. TAC uses Belgian National Post (BPost) to send mail to the Middle East. All packages will be tracked. To ensure packages are not returned, please request the tracking number and notify your collection point that you are expecting a delivery, keeping aware of the anticipated delivery date.

  • Is it possible to order custom patches?

If for any reason you wish to create custom patches, please use one of BSA’s approved vendors. The list of current approved vendors can be found here: http://licensingbsa.org/about/about-official-bsa-products/

  • What is the Program Supply Center doing to be more sustainable?

We take human impact to the environment seriously. In 2020, we stopped using styrofoam packing peanuts and switched to primarily paper packing materials. We encourage our Units to “stock up” a bit and place orders less frequently in order to reduce the amount of emissions produced by multiple shipments. In 2021, we replaced our old plastic shipping envelopes with 100% recycled paper ones.

In 2020, we asked our custom patch designer to consider the environmental impact of patch materials. They took our suggestion seriously, and now they offer recycled material options to all of their customers!
