The 2024 Edelweiss District Awards nomination period opens on the 15th of January and will be closed on March 1st.
The award recipients were announced during the April Roundtable. Items will be shipped thoughout May. Check out the awards presentation by watching the April Roundtable on the link in the district resources section below.

Nominate your favorite Scouts or Scouters now! Our annual awards window of submission will be 15 January 2024 through March 1st 2024.
Do you want to recognize someone outside the annual awards cycle? We do accept nominations for the Edelweiss District Certificate of Appreciation anytime throughout the year – take a look at the form linked above for instructions.
The District Advancements team has transitioned to a new email address. The former edelweissadvancements@tac-bsa.org email address has been phased out. The correct email address for district award and advancements submissions and “all things Eagle” in the district is: edelweissadvancements@scouting.org
Use this email address to contact chairperson Knut, and the rest of the team Rich, Dominique, Kreg and Pierre with any advancement related questions or needs.
They routinely work with Scouts throughout the district for approvals on Eagle project proposals and scheduling Eagle Boards of Review.

Friends of Scouting 2024
The Transatlantic Council has set the fundraising goal for 2024!
Our 2024 fundraising campaign kicked off on December 1st, 2023 – Help us bring Scouting to all the corners of the district by donating to the 2024 Friends of Scouting campaign: https://tac-bsa.org/donate/fos/
Your unit may be asked for dates to have a presenter come and visit a Blue and Gold or Court of Honor and talk about the financial needs of the council.
