Scott is an American who has lived and worked in the UK for nearly 30 years. Currently he is a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles (a NASDAQ listed Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm) and a member of their European Board and CEO Practice. He is also a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice specializing in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors. Scott has advised numerous Boards including The US Russia Investment Fund, The US Russia Foundation and The Center for Entrepreneurship. As well as working extensively with BP and other international oil & gas companies, his clients also include a number of Russian companies that have chosen to raise capital in London and the US.
From 2004-2008 Scott was the Office Managing Partner for Heidrick & Struggles’ Moscow office. His specialties include executive recruitment of CEOs and senior level executive leaders, Chairmen and Non-Executive Board members. He also advises on Board evaluations and top team effectiveness reviews. Prior to his nearly 14 years with Heidrick & Struggles, Scott worked for two other American owned Executive Search firms. Scott is currently planning to leave Heidrick & Struggles in August, however, he will remain London focused in his next role.
Scott and his wife Becky came to the UK in 1987 when Scott was on active duty with the US Air Force and flew out of RAF Mildenhall (6988th ESS) as a Russian Airborne Cryptologic Linguist, serving as a crew member on RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft. Scott separated from the US Air Force in 1991. Becky is a teacher in DODDS and, after teaching for 20 years at RAF Feltwell in the UK, she is currently teaching third and fourth grade dependent children at Kline Bruegel Air Base in eastern Belgium (701st MUNSS).

A political science honors graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Joshua was previously employed with the Greater Houston Builders Association, Service Corps of Retired Executives, National Academy of Sciences and the Federal Emergency Management Agency where he served as a Disaster Assistance Employee focusing on public relations. Joshua is a lifetime member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national coeducational service fraternity, and Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and current member of the American Society of Association Executives. He successfully completed the FEMA Public Affairs Policies and Procedures training course and the NAHB Basic and Advanced Spokesperson Training courses.
Joshua Dick is an organizational management consultant and affiliate relations executive. In response to the September 11, 2001 attacks on America, he was deployed by FEMA and helped manage the public affairs joint information center.
He is also an Eagle Scout and active with the Boy Scouts of America. He serves as an Executive Board member of Transatlantic Council, a Trustee of the Interamerican Scout Foundation and a member of the Boy Scouts of America’s International Committee.
